Permanent Visa – ENS Sub Class 186 Visa

This is a Permanent resident visa, available for skilled workers, nominated by an Australian Employer to work in Australia.
There are two stages in this application process
- Stage 1 – Employer applies for Nomination application
- Lawfully operating business in Australia
- Having a genuine need for a skilled worker who cannot be recruited locally.
- Full-time ongoing position for at least 2 years
- Market Salary rate offered to the employee
- Meet all Australian immigration and workplace relations law
- Stage 2 – Employee applies for a SC 186 Visa
This visa can be applied under one of the two streams:- Temporary residence Transition Stream, or
- Direct Entry Stream
