Permanent Visa – SC 124 Distinguished Talent Visa

This is a permanent resident visa available for current internationally recognised individuals with exceptional and outstanding achievement in either: 

• a profession,
• a sport,
• the arts, 
• academia and research.

Applicants must be able to evidence that they

• are still prominent in their field of achievement;
• would be an asset to the Australian community, and
• would have no difficulty obtaining employment or become established independently in Australia in their field.

Applicants must be Nominated by an Australian organisation, citizen or permanent resident having a national reputation in the same field as the applicant.
